16 April 2015 I have received a letter u/s 139(9), where they mention invalid return which i was submitted, they give the instruction to submit a fresh return u/s 139(4) within 31.03.2015. but i received the letter on april, what should i do now?? plz give me the correct instruction.

16 April 2015 I received the letter for A.Y 2013-14, I all ready tried with u/s 139(9) and u/s 139(4). but at the time of submiting the return, its shows the date is over for submiting this return. it shows for the both u/s 139(9) and 139(4). Now under which u/s i have to submit this return, please help me as soon as possible.

16 April 2015 well for AY 2013-14, the return is already time barred. so only option is to approach your jurisdictional Assessing officer and submit manual return.
