18 April 2010 I have received the user name & password from the ACE Administration. I have fill up the ST 3 by the offline. I went to RET(return) at the ACE for upload the ST3, but upload option has not been activated.

I could not file the return.

18 April 2010 I think you are geristered dirctly to site.

kindly go to Service tax range office give Email ID. he will provide TIPN No. TIPN No. is user ID and pasword will be provide. then you will create your user name and change pasword. then you can file st3 return.
