Efilling return for the year 2008-2009 on 1st april'2010. where we have to send this ITR-V.

For Assessment Year 2009 - 10(Financial Year 2008 - 09) and onwards ITR - V is to be sent to Bangalore in terms of Circular No. 3/2009.

yes send to Bangalore by ordinary post...after that if not received by IT department you may send by speed post.
