Dear Experts,
I had recd a notice under section 143 in Aug 2010 for return filed for Fin Year ended 31st march 2009.
I have now recd a letter to submit details as per their questionaire.
Pls suggest Can I file revised return till 31st march 2011 to correct any discrepancies of my earlier return filed in for year ended march 2009.

Yes you can revise the return u/s 139(5) any time before the assessment is made.Since till date the aseessment is pending and u have received only a notice u/s143
