12 March 2015 Dear Sir/Madam,

Whether an Educational Institution being a School needs to file an IT Return. Is its income exempt from Tax and if so, under which section. If it needs to file an IT Return, then in which form (was formed in the capacity of a Trust). The said Trust is not registered for exemption under Section 11 or 12

12 March 2015 you have not mentioned as to how the educational institution is registered as assessee i.e trust or aop or wat?

12 March 2015 in your 1st querry in last line u wrote not registered under sec 11 then how it is registered as trust?

13 March 2015 Under Income Tax not registered as a Trust for Income TAx exemption under section 11 . But registered as a Trust with the Sub-registrar
