01 January 2014 Sir,
The assessee is a Individual Civil Contractor.

He has filed his Return of Income for AY 2012-2013 on 31st March 2013.
Due to oversight the claim of TDS of Rs. 3Lac not taken. Hence no Refund.
What is the remedy to get Credit of TDS..?

01 January 2014 you should file revise return and claim refund.

02 January 2014 But Sir,
Assessee has filed Late Return.
So is it possible to Revise the Return.??

Since the original return for AY 2012-13 was filed on 31st March 2013 (which is after the due date of 31st July 2012 for that year), it is considered a belated return.

Key points about revising a belated return:

As per Section 139(5), a return can be revised at any time before the completion of assessment.

So yes, even if the original return was belated, you can file a revised return to claim the missed TDS and seek refund.

The revised return must be filed before the assessing officer completes the assessment for that AY.

Once the revised return is filed, the refund claim will be processed based on the updated figures.
