02 March 2016 Mr. x filed his rerun for the financial year 2006-2007. After that he did not file his return of income upto this year. Now he decides to file his above pending returns. cam he file the pending returns? Please note that his last return was by e-filing online

02 March 2016 you can file last 2 assessment year returns now online.earlier years you have to wait till the notice from department, with response to that notice you can file the returns

03 March 2016 Sir, one of my client (NRI since last 12 years) want to file return of AY 12-13 & 13-14 claiming refund, as per new Circular no. 9/2015 on condonation of delay in filing return ....i need letter for condonation of delay....kindly share and help in this regard
