KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE PROCEDURE & RULE OF DUTY PAID GOODS RETURN WHERE CREDIT HAVE ALREADY BEEN TAKEN.

the buyer will clear the goods by issue of excise invoice by reversing the duty credit taken, mentioning the original invoice reference,
on such goods receipt the credit can be taken by original supplier.
you have to inform the R/O within 24 hours of such receipt by mentioning original data of sales and return data.
