IF ASSESSEE HAS NOT FILED RETURN FROM 2010-2011 CAN HE FILE ERETURN U/S 147 WITHOUT RECEIVING NOTICE U/S 148
IF YES THEN CAN HE FACE SOME PROBLEM FOR THIS IN FUTURE.
