Hello experts,
i am facing an issue,
my client had incorporated one pvt ltd company in jan 2014, and he has not filled income tax returns till date.
can we file return of AY 2014-15 now ??
if yes can anyone share procedure of the same. it would be gratefull of you !!

Assessment year 2014-15 can NOT be filed now. (If you have refund for the said year, you may write the letter to concerned CIT for the same)
Assessment Year 2015-16 : you can file
Assessment Year 2015-16 : you can file

Further for AY 2015-16 you file return upto 31.03.2017.
but if you file return after 31.03.2016 then AO may impose a penalty of rs. 5000 at his discretion.
so you have to take care of it.
