Sir/Madam,
Can anyone pls tell me what can be done of
1. income tax return not filed of a.y 12-13(TDS u/s 192A deducted) and income tax site is asking to submit compliance form right now &
2. ITR of A.y 13-14 not filed(TDS u/s 192A deducted).

Please go to compliance form, Possible suggest answers is also given. Choose the best suited answer and fill the compliance form.

if the return has not been filed, then first file a paper return with Income-tax department....then respond to the notice.
