i'm individual..i filled my return continuously till the AY 2009-2010..then for some reason i cdnt file my return for 2 years so now when i ll file my return for the current year..can i carry forward my capital of last filling year to this year

you can file return from F Y 2012-13 onwards and you can take balance from last filed return + income during two years
