24 June 2013 i was taxable income tax return file in 2008-2009
since till date i am not file return

now i want to submit return for 2009-10,10-11,11-12 can i do & how

plz assist me

24 June 2013 no you can not file return of a.y 2009 to a.y 11

you can only file return of a.y 2012-13 and 13-14

while filing return of a.y 2012-13 please take care of provision of Sec 271F

24 June 2013 1)you cannot file returns for said A.Y. unless department asks you to file the same

2)filing is possible only if you have refund , you can file manually by seeking condonation of delay under section 119(2)b

so do file from A.Y.2012-13 onwards and forgot about past year returns
