I am yet to file income tax return.
I just wanted to know for how many years can i file return as on date. so that can i file return for the fy. 2008-09 ans 2009-10.
Can i do so.
And under what head i can show stipend income from articleship.

You can file the return for the F.Y. 2008-09 & 2009-10.
disclose the stipend income in the income from Other Sources , if it is taxable.
