If i am employee working in tamilnadu, can i file my returns in bangalore ( for a reason like that my auditor is based in bangalore).
similarly, If i am a person haveing my business in a differnet jurisdiction can i file my return else where?

YES YOU CAN FILE YOUR RETURN ONLINE. YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO YOUR WARD. YOU WILL HAVE TO POST THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BANGALORE BY ORDINARY POST.

You can file e-return from anywhere. But you have to select ward no of salary return which is based on company.
i.e your return is filed in ward no of salary company based online and sent acknowledgmetn to bangolore by ordinary post.
