if return file for fy 10-11 then after business like parlour / tution / coaching etc will be closed and never start again then it should be necessary to file next all year return?

if there is no income and the assessee is not a firm or a company, then no need to file the return.

No. If the income of the Individual is below exemption limit then its not mandatory to file Income Tax Return.

If u r income from all sources is less than 2 L and u ar not a firm or company, then it is not necessary to file return.

If the total income is not more than the maximum amount not chargeable to tax for respective A.Y. , and assessee is not a firm or company, then ROI filing is not mandatory.
