Dear Sir,
Is ER4, ER5, & ER6 is compulsory for all assessees? (Notification No please) Now there is no turnover criteria.
And if it is compulsory, suppose one of assessee is registered undedr excise in last year in Nov 11, then should he file the ER 4 Return?

E-filing of ER4, ER5 & ER6 made mandatory for all assessees w.e.f. 01-10-2011 vide notification no. 21/2011 dated 14-09-2011 and no. 22/2011 dated 14-09-2011.
