My friend having fertiliser shop. He sold material to farmers.. His business turnover is less than 10 lacs.. Due to requirement he registered as regular in GST.. He needs to file GST 3B RETURN IN THIS MONTH??

Is every registered person should be file GSTR3B whether his turnover exceeding threshold limit or not?

Once registered under GST, you need to comply all the requirements as laid in the act, whether you have any business transaction/s or no...
