24 January 2012 Please file an application, invoking section 119(2)of the income tax Act,1961, to the Commissioner of Income tax seeking to give direction to the Income tax officer to accept the return for the assessment year 2009-10. After getting the direction,you will be able to file the return.

yes mr. agrawal i have PAN and the said TDS is propery credited in to my PAN a/c i viewed my tax statement (form 26 as)
