01 July 2012 my income from salary is 315000 and income from fd interest is 6000. will i have to file itr or no .after all examp. my income is not taxable.

02 July 2012 Yes though your income is not taxable after declaring all exempetions and deductions but your gross income is above the taxable limit .

You need to demonstrate by way of return of income why there is no tax on your income above taxable limit.
