10 August 2015 Dear Sir/mam,
By mistake i slect Demand is correct while seeing how to file reply on it.i also request under Helpdesk option/Rectification section...for this issue to CPC Income tax Department.
Outstanding amount is rs-30400
Date of filling original return-27/07/2014
my client got intimation under section 141(1) of income tax act
- A.Y 2013-14
- ALL income or deduction is same as per self assesment and by income tax( mention in Details of intimation,but difference in the amount of TDS AND Intrest(234A,234B,234C)
- As per self assessment
Intrest amount is nil.
Tds amount is 376141.
- As per income tax
Inrest amount is rs-8924(2568+5564+792)
Tds amount is only 354667( of only on employer)
- As per 26AS
Tds amount from 3 employer( under sec-192)
1.354667
2.53760
3.30606
Tax liability as per self assessment
-376140
-as per under sec-1431)
-385065
Total income after deduction is same in both
-1783950
please help me..
