RETAIL VS TAX INVOICE

I wanted to know whether the purchaser can claim excise duty credit from a retail invoice issued.
Also tell me whether it is necessary that it should be mentioned on the bill that the input credit is allowable against this bill

Retail Invoices can't including Excise Duty. So, Can't take ITC.
You have Excise Invoices then you can take ITC.
