What is retail invoice? who issues it? can the purchaser clain input tax on such invoice?

Retail invoice can be issued by the retail dealer who comes under second stage or sale and Retail invoice is not eligible for taking VAT input

Purchasor cannot cliam input tax credit on such invoice.
