02 September 2011 I would like to know if for resubmission a different Notice can be attached - which is different from the original submission. Whether I have to remit any fees for resubmission. Thanks

03 September 2011 It depends on the grouds pointed out by the MCA while seeking re-submission.
However it may be noted that resubmission is generally sought for defects in the form or attachments. How can one change the notice after the completion of the meeting?. It is not possible to justify the change because it will create two notices in the MCA records for one meeting and the second one will be treated as fraudulant one
