Representation letter received from directors u/s 274(1)(g) should be considered in every year's board meeting.

Letter of Disqualification:
The Chairman placed before the Board a status of all the directors, confirming that they are not disqualified for being appointed as a director of the Company pursuant to the provisions of section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956. The same was considered by the Board and taken on record.
