â€œRESOLVED THAT the Registered Office of the Company be and hereby shifted from ............................... to ............................... within the State of ............â€

â€œRESOLVED FURTHER THAT there is no change in the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies.â€

â€œRESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. ............., Directors of the Company be and is hereby severally authorized to do all such acts and things as may be necessary in connection therewith or incidental or ancillary thereto.â€
