Do we have to pass a Board Resolution for assignment of Trademark? Please reply.

16 June 2014 Hi,

Assignment can be through a legal document.

Though there is specific mandate regarding BR. However there is no harm if the same is approved by the board through a board resolution.

Do not forget the mention the name of parties, document used for assignment and parson authorised to execute the transaction on behalf of the company, in board resolution.
