Resignation of directors

28 July 2014 hello, i filed form dir - 11 for resignation of directors but after few days i check signatory, name is still appears of resigned director. what is this???
after filing dir 11 i am not able to file dir 12. kindly suggest what to do?
and also i filed one dir 11 on 5th may 2014 and name is still appears.

28 July 2014 As per new process company is required to file DIR.12 in case of resignation of director and resigning director to file form DIR.11.

It seeems you have not filed form DIR.12 and that is the reason your resignation process is incomplete.

31 July 2014 sir, i got it ... i am unable to fiel DIR 12 after filing dir 11.. and also sir suggest procedure for right issue in pvt co. undr CA 2013
