27 March 2020 Whether all director can be resigned and new 3 director can be appointed in one board resolution?

27 March 2020 If all Directors resign then Board (BOD) cease to exist.. Company will have no Directors till it appoints in next General meeting

27 March 2020 No, because the company looses minimum number of Directors at a point of time.
