08 November 2014 Sir, need advice for for below for understanding the logic while finding the Res. Status, we do not apply 2nd basic condition for (1) person leaving India for employment purpose & (2) crew member of an Indian ship? Why are we not applying this for these persons? Is there any logic behind this?
