Hi
If I am leaving in nepal, as i have a business there as what will be my residential status for income tax.
If NRI there shall i apply for new PAN and shall i file income tax return

And dear, Residential status is determined for previous year(s), so if u r leaving 4 Nepal now then the residential status will b determined for the FY 15-16. And if u r in Nepal from earlier years then U r not an Indian Resident(see the notes in the above link)as per Income Tax ActSo if u satisfy the conditions of RS as mentioned in the above link then the tax calculation will b as per the details.
And if u r not returning to India in future then u have to make a PAN for Nepal, otherwise no need 4 new PAN.
