Hello Sir,
I joined articleship on 23/08/2013 and taken transfer on 16/08/2014 but Submitted form to institute on 07/11/2014 & still i have not received any letter from ICAI, i joined another CA on 19/11/2014 but still i have not registered and nor purchased stamp.
Kindly suggest me from which date i shall register and how and will my CA Final attempt be extended due to above

when u had started article back on 19.11 why dont u register for that..... you must register from that day as to avoid much delay..... you should have send all requisite forms to icai...
