Hi all,
My company is in to service industry. We provide service to foreign companies as well my query is when we are providing services to foreign nationals am I supposed to charge service tax and if yes under which section.

I think yes. (But this is subject to Place of provision Rules 2012. https://www.servicetax.gov.in/notifications/notfns-2012/st28-2012.htm
