IS IT COMPULSORY TO HAVE TRIAL BALANCE IF WE HAVE TWO OR MORE UNITS, BUT THE FINAL SALE IS FROM THE MOTHER PLANT AND THE OTHER UNITS DOES THE SALE TO THE MOTHER UNIT.

If u r maintaining books of accounts in the mercantile system no matter for which unit how do u check whether the books are tallied?

As Trail Balance is the conclusive proof of the aithmatic accuracy of the books of accounts. If you does not prepare the unitwise trial then how sholud you come to know that your books of accounts are arthmetically correct.
