Requirement of form 112 ?

Respected Sir /Madam,
I am taking in admission of M.com 1 year in Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. I have started my articleship since August 2013. My question is that whether I have to submit form 112 or not ?
Please help me

Yes you are required to submit form 112.
With the permission of the Institute a student can pursue one course of study at a time. A student has to submit application in Form No.112 to the appropriate Regional Office of the Institute seeking permission to pursue other course of study within one month of joining the college/ course.

Sir i also want to do MBA from regular university and m.com from open university. Is it possible to do both ?

no u cannot do 2 additional courses with articleship as if u file 112 it will be disallowed.

No. You can pursue only one more course by submitting form 112. You can not pursue both.
