10 July 2017 Dear Sir,

I am an Proprietor of small Transport firm and having registered service tax under goods transport agency service with single premise registration.

I had applied for GST and received my GSTin number based on my service tax registration. And as per customer demands I was providing Transport service from other state To Karnataka and billing was at Karnataka.And now I am confused whether I have to get Gstin from all other state and There is no branches of our firm at any other state.

So please suggest me and help me out.

10 July 2017 Yes you can do it............ You have to charge IGST in case of transport from Karnataka to Tamil Nadu.

30 July 2017 Dear Sir,

I had filed an application for GST under S.Tax for the second time but again there is an query raised as PAn card does not exist .
But I have checked it income tax portal and name and also all details like range code is available .

And seems my First name ,middle name and surname are mismatching so request you to please do the needfull as my PAN number is BOKPK9871C and also suggest how to fill clarification in GST portal.
