We have charged rates in sq ft to Tenants .

We charge to tenants in rate of Sqft and not define any services ,
Example a Tenants Have 5000 sqft space in shopping mall , in case cam charges fix in sqft rupees
than 5000 X 12/- we issue a bill of 60000/- + Taxes /- to tenant

what is gst code in that situation ?
