17 August 2015 Dear Respected Sir,

One of my friend received the notice U/S 285 BA from the Income tax department. In the notice itself they inform that please explain about the deposit of Rs.10,00,000/ in your savings account.He inform that he do not know for for what purpose deposite. Please explain me that what general reason i can eplain to department.

18 August 2015 Dear Respected Sir,

Thanks for the reply. I will clarify you that. The notice relating to F.Y 2011-12. My friend is not remember the for what is the reason he deposited the amount. He not aware for what purpose i deposited the amount. Hence, I request you that if there is any general reason to solve this issue. Please help us immediatly.

18 August 2015 Considering the magnitude of the AMOUNT, your FRIEND must remember the transaction. No one will ever believe that your friend can FORGET such a transaction. Please ask your friend to remember else the penalty proceedings will be severe.
