19 May 2016 My friend recieve income tax notice for non filing of return,he intentionally didnt file return and his income is above taxable limit and later he recieve notice from Dept for reason for non filing of return.,.now my question is what reason shud i mention in return so that AO thinks its just a bonafide mistake
