Dear Friends,
A company has received notice in STK-1 u/s 248 of the Companies Act, 2013 from Registrar of Companies to strike off the name from ROC register. The company has not any forms since 2013. we have to file our representation within 30 days and directors are liable to appropriate action under Act. The company would like to continue its operations.
What reply we should file to the ROC?

Hello Mr. Aziz,
You reply depend upon decision of the directors, whether they want to continue the Company or they want to close the Company.
1. if they want to close then file the form for strike off on suo moto and file the reply with the same.
2. If wanna continue then complete the filings and file the reply.
