Whether we have to repay the unsecured loans taken from companies. NRI's and directors outstanding on commencement of the act?

Of course varsha u must have to repay the loan taken with interest

But loan taken from directors, companies and NRI's are not deposits and in act term depositsis used for repayment, then why we will repay the loan from directors?
