16 December 2013 Whether Service Tax Liability arises on the Job Work done for various Services availed such as Packing, Bailing, AMC charges for Computers, Photocopy Machines only supply of Labour, etc.. if any notification is there, please provide us the link of it for reference.

16 December 2013 Sir I have repaid principal amount toward housing loan received by me for the residential house property which under construction and possession not received by me but allotment letter by builder is given to me,Sir my query is regarding allow ability of principal loan repayment deduction u/s 80C(2)xviii) from gross total income?

16 December 2013 To avail the benefir the House property must be in your possession & you should be enjoying the benefit of the same. Mere allotment wont suffice. It is just like interest on Housing loan where you can claim pre construction interest only post possession or completion certificate.
