01 April 2016 As per Renting for immovable is applicable for providing the service on rent (commercial),but my Question is that can we adjust the Rent payment for other premises ,In this we have received the Rent and other premises where have pay the rent

02 April 2016 Agree with expert that rent income will not be adjust with rent expense. but if you are doing business with that rent paying premises then you can take as expense in your P&L.
