30 September 2012 I am a company and have provided apartments to my employee at a nominal rates. On these i am liable to collect and pay service tax. ... Please clear my doubt as early as possible....

30 September 2012 If the apartments are owned by your company, the service tax is applicable subject to however the limit of 10 lakh. If it is the case of rented ones, service tax is not applicable.
