Sir, It is necessary to register in a Service Tax for the new business started, We are sending our Cars for rent, hire etc. Now, itself we have to register in the Service Tax, or after reaching the Gross Total Amount of Rs.10 lakhs, please explain.

You should register only when your receipts crosses Rs. 9 Lakh
