04 July 2014 office rent received by co operative society
. then tds deduction should be made by firm to co operative society. if it exceed limits
say 125000 p.m?
If yes then at which rate? 2 or 10.
(Office is for teaching student like computer class.)

04 July 2014 Yes,if rent paid more than 180000 per annum then TDS should be deducted u/s 194I.

05 July 2014 as per section if you pay rent exceed Rs. 180000/- per year the TDS will be deducted @ 10%.

05 July 2014 but tds applicable if properitorship firm having t/o more than 1 crore or 25 lac in case of profession. In my case Tds Provision has not been made and t/o reaches to 67 lacs and there is commission exp of 270000 and rent of 625000. business of computer coatching clases doing animation business.
Plz let me know which t/o is applicable?
