Taking an ambulance for rent& paying more than 30K rent for PA. Is we can deduct the TDS if they are not charging Service Tax on us. is hospital in case ambulance services are they eligible to collect the service tax.

tds applicable when total yearly rent exceds rs 1,80,000 and tds not deductible on service tax.
