05 November 2016 We are operating a Public limited company in which we're hiring Vehicles/Cars on yearly contract basis from small individual firms. These firms mostly don't have ST registration. My query is:1. Can we avail abatement of 60 while payment of ST under RCM?2. Should we pay ST under RCM on 40 value or 50 value.
