Is it correct to Show 4.94% service tax on Car REntals Invoice ? its nothing but effective rate after considering Abatement on Rent-a-cab.

Disclosurewise it is not correct. But in most of the tiny cases, the service provider share his status with the service receiver and then such things happen. Of course there is no harm in chrging the service tax at that rate.
