can I use my previous bond against export sales under GST without renewing?

In my opinion you have executed bond in GST regime and guarantee amount is not fully exhausted you can use the same bond

No, you cannot.
Explanation:
Under the GST regime, the bond or LUT (Letter of Undertaking) system replaced the earlier export bond.
Exporters must execute a fresh bond or LUT specifically under the GST rules.
The previous bond under the Excise/VAT/Service Tax regime is not valid under GST.
