23 September 2017 In my opinion you have executed bond in GST regime and guarantee amount is not fully exhausted you can use the same bond

No, you cannot.

Explanation:
Under the GST regime, the bond or LUT (Letter of Undertaking) system replaced the earlier export bond.

Exporters must execute a fresh bond or LUT specifically under the GST rules.

The previous bond under the Excise/VAT/Service Tax regime is not valid under GST.

If you want to export without payment of IGST, you must file a new bond or LUT online on the GST portal before export.

LUT can be filed annually and is valid for the entire financial year.

If you do not file LUT, you must pay IGST upfront and claim refund later.

Urgent steps for you:
Log in to the GST portal.

File LUT (Form GST RFD-11) online for the current financial year.

Once approved, you can export goods or services without paying IGST.
